Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive at Paro Airport. Overnight in Thimphu

Day 2 : Drive to Wangdue via Dochula, sightings of 3 species of rhododendron, stay in Wangdue.

Day 3 : Drive to Phobjikha (3 hours drive)

Day 4 : Hike to Tshlelka Pass. About 9 species of rhododendrons, stay in Phobjikha

Day 5 : Drive to Bumthang

Day 6 : Drive to Sengor, and visit the Thrumshingla Rhododendron Garden which has 22 species of rhododendrons. Camp at Sengor.

Day 7 : Drive to Shingkhar. 3 hours drive. Stay in a tented camp.

Day 8 : Drive to Bumthang

Day 9 : Drive to Punakha

Day 10 : Drive to Thimphu

Day 11 : Thimphu Sightseeing

Day 12 : Drive to Paro

Day 13 : Hike to Tiger’s Nest
